Liesbet Bickett, facilitator in Restorative Practices, announces an intensive introductory training session designed to empower community leaders, educators, spiritual communities, social workers, and organizational teams with essential tools for building trust, navigating conflict, and strengthening communication. Participants will explore comprehensive strategies to foster empathy, facilitate restorative dialogues, manage conflict effectively, and support accountability. Utilizing practical, hands-on methods, attendees will learn how to create safe, respectful spaces where community members can express themselves openly, resolve disagreements constructively, and repair relationships meaningfully.
