About Us
We are a small husband and wife team making small batch spirits in Arcata, CA. Our focus is sourcing grains as locally as possible with our wheat, rye and triticale grains being grown right here in Humboldt County. We have a new tasting room attached to our production facility. We do not have regular hours but rather "pop up" a few times a month for craft cocktails and guest chefs. We have a different chef in our kitchen every time we serve food, so it is like a new restaurant every time you visit!
